How do I make arrangements

Hi please keep me anonymous, I have been with Truworths since 2019 not once have I had a problem with them until recently i skipped one month of payment because I no longer work full time because of the COVID 19 but oh she been getting like 5 calls every day I feel like I’m being harassed they asks that I made double payment because I skipped one one , is it possible for me to make arrangements with them because isn’t afford the amount they want I made payment of R470 on 27 May 2021 my was balance was R1200 and I don’t want this to affect my credit in the furture
