Horrifying customer experience

Worsed experience ever ,went toTruworths Clearwater Mall I was horrified buy the lack of customer service after waiting for a while to be assisted I was told there was no tester for Revlon full cover make up as the supplier didn't deliver and I was told by the manager whos attitude was despicable and rude that there is nothing they can do id rather go to Foschini or Clicks I am a Business Development manager and have a huge following on social media and will publish this horrific customer experience and im definitely cancelling my account with Trueworths.
