HORRIFIC SERVICE FROM TRUWORTHS

On the 29th of September I ordered an item from Truworths Online and up until now I have never received anything,after being a very good customer for 30+ years at a trustworthy store that can only deliver good quality customer services AND products, I am utterly disgusted by this,for the 1st time ever i am getting terrible and horrific service from this store whereby I would only expect good services ,this is not on TRUWORTHS it should not happen in the 1st place ,AND THIS MATTER WILL BE TAKEN UP WITH RETAIL OMBUDSMAN.
