Horrific service at truworths church square Pretoria

<p>My mother bought shoes for my cousin at truworths Irene, the shoes didn't fit and she wanted to exchange them and she sent someone to do it on her behalf. When my aunt got there the manager refused to do the exchange and demanded my mother writes a letter. She then asked if the shoes could be credited back to her account, again the manager refused. My mother had to talk to people in Irene to persuade the manager to credit them. Their excuse was it is company policy.</p> <p>To begin with my mother wasn't informed about this policy as we been doing this for years. Your staff are chasing the customers away. My mom is appalled by the treatment she received.</p> <p> </p> <p>The other accident was that ahe was refused the bathroom when she desperately needed it.
