Your online staff are extremely rude. Zero phone etiquette. I ordered an item online and was advised it would take between 5 - 7 working days. Firstly i was transferred 3 times, the for verification asked a million questions which I answered correctly ,then transferred for more verification, confirmed verification successful, the transferred again only to start all over again with verification. When I was explaining to the lady I was already successfully verified and confirmed by the previous two who transferred me to her, she dropped my call. I called again this time the consultant only asked for the reference number and advised on the progress.
