horrible shopping experience at Menly store
I went to Menlyn Truworths to return/credit an item and decided I wanted it again since it was now on sale. Nosizi then tells me with an attitude that that is against their policy. I decide to shop around, with the item at hand, for cosmetics and she follows me around the store, like a ***** and tells the cashiers to call her when I want to pay. Eventually they call a manager, Emily, who was worse that Nosizi who tells me of this \policy"as well and has an even worse attitude than Nosizi"

We acknowledge your frustration in this regard; however wish to advise that our Store Consultant and Manager followed the correct procedure by informing you that the returned item could not be credited just so that it could be purchased again on the sale or current price.
This being said, the manner in which you were assisted is not in line with our high service standards. We have therefore brought your concerns to the attention of the relevant Area Manager to address.
We wish to apologize to you for the manner in which your query was handled on that particular day.
