*HORRIBLE SERVICE AT TRUWORTHS SANDTON*

HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM TRUWORTHS

My order took more than 7 working days of which I understood that it could be due to high volume orders.

Today I asked my husband to go collect some of the items at Truworths Sandton, unfortunately he went there for nothing they couldn't assist even though the order was under his name and carrying his ID he was told that's not good enough to release the order because it was ordered on my account.

He had to drive back without collecting the items after waiting +15mins on the line without being assisted, worse part it wasn't even his 1st time collecting parcels under his name bought on my account.

Did the procedure perhaps changed as it wasn't communicated on the sms to say you need authorisation letter & account holders ID upon collection or there's lack of training with your employees.

What a waste of time and money going back and forth. THAT'S UNACCEPTABLE, NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!! ORDER NO: o***
