Horrible Service at Truworths Online

I ordered online at Truworths and specified that I want my order to be delivered at Liberty Midlands Mall. A few days later they send me an sms that my order has been delivered at Truworths Pietermaritzburg. I got confused coz there is another Truworths in town and thought that maybe they are referring to that one. So i called their customer service and they diverted me to their online dept yesterday. I told the lady at the online dept that i had orderedfor Liberty Midlands Mall but got confirmation for Pietermaritzburg and I asked her to confirm which store the order was at and the lady told me point blank that the order was at the Liberty Midlands Mall. So i got time off work and made a trip to the Liberty Midlands Mall, where I was sent from pillar to post waiting for them whilst they were searching for my order. Eventually they asked me to go look for the order at Truworths Man, where they confirmed to me that the order was indeed delivered to Truworths Pietermaritzburg. This is atrocious and highly unprofessional customer service. I had specified that i want it to be delivered at Midlands Mall, and your call centre agent confirmed to me that it is indeed at Liberty Mall where it actually wasn't. Do you realise how much I had to pay at work in hours not worked because i went to the mall for nothing and the money i spent making that trip. This is really horrible and inconsiderate especially considering i have other orders from Truworths pending. Where are those gonna be delivered? Is there anyone at Truworths who has a clue????/
