Horrible service

To whom it may concern , I would like to log the complaint with regards the above shop, I called on friday at 13: 53 enquiring with regards this item as it appears online that they have stock , style no: *** and *** and your staff is very *********** , the lady I spoke with advised to call me back an hour later I called and Spoke to Sebenzile who said there’s no stock and later she said maybe there is stock , my question is why the 1st person didn’t bother to call back is this the way of treating customers ? I even called customer service they tried calling them, they answered and placed them on hold for more than 5 minutes and dropped the call , is this really acceptable for the business.
