Horrible service

I have a strong belief that Naartjie clothing stores are dealing under Truworths because policies listed on the slip reflect Truworths policies and Trueworth's brand. Bought a dress in Naartjie store in Clearwater, went back to exchange it but with no success due to the fact that 30 days has passed by two days. I don't see the logic, you still have the item on the floor, it's not like I want my money back but want a different size but you see fit to kick me out!
