Horrible service

I was very disappointed with the service I got from the lady called Marlin. Yesterday the 25/07/24 i went to truworths element in gateway I accidentally took the wrong item after asking her to assist on choosing the right product I later realised when I was about to use it that it was not the item I wanted to purchase. Next day I then went to the store to exchange it to the right product however, the service I received was shockingly poor , from her facial expressions, body language and her tone she was using, It really made me feel so embarrassed to say the least, it got worse when she assisted the next customer while I was still in line to be assisted while she was still trying to figure out if I am ***** or a ****, I’ve never been so humiliated in my whole life , honestly if this is what you call customer service in truworths ( gateway) then it’s a shame . The rest of the staff were nice but that Marlin lady is very rude, arrogant and look down upon other customers.
