Horrible Service

I'm really disappointed in Truworths Denlyn. I saw a sale item which was marked down to R119.00 on 15.04.2024 . There were 3 more of the same items with the same price. I went to the till to pay and they said they I cannot purchase the item for that price it was a mistake. I then said it was the price that was on the item. CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. While waiting in the line to pay, they change the other items prices. I spoke to the Manager (Jimmy) and Area Manager (Chantelle) and they said they cannot authorise it. I stood in that long line mind you im 7 months pregnant, dealing with this matter i was for more that 2 hours in that store!!! I called the customer care with my own airtime because they did not want to assist me. The call center advise i must send this email. I'm not sure if they cancelled the purchase from my account.

After a week,I receive a phone call regarding this issue and the area manager (Chantelle) couldn't give me a solution to this complaint/issue I had. A waste of my time, telling me absolutely nothing. I want that item for that prize!!! Once again customers IS ALWAYS RIGHT! It is not my fault if the item was redused to the wrong prize. I'm really furious, this is unacceptable of Truworths, BEING THE CLOTHING BRAND YOU ARE. Then today the Regional Manager Salomia Kruger called just to say the same thing they told me in the shop.
