Horrible service
Absolutely ***********. I had a horrible experience at the Truworths in Mall of Africa, the manager at the men’s shoe department was so rude , he literally screamed at me and refused to get the right size for my husband and refused to sell him the shoe , I’ve never experienced such rude service at any other Truworths store in Gauteng, KZN, Eastern Cape and Western Cape

14 Jan 2023, 10:57Furthermore I am being charged an extra R5000 on my account after I have made multiple payments and no one can give me a reasonable explanation as to why , they just repeat like a parrot what is already in the terms and conditions. It is frustrating how *********** it is and I definitely will not be continuing with my account, i strongly advise the same to anyone considering opening an account with Truworths
