Horrible service

I had a horrible experience at Truworths Maponya mall purchasing a phone, I was told to queue on that long queue with a foot injury waiting for clothes purchases and account payments only to be to produce a physical copy of my proof of address, I asked to email the copy at the store and I was told I can’t I need to come with a physical copy, walked all the way out to get a physical copy only to come back and some one who was also purchasing a phone was printed a copy. Asked why was I made to walk out and the person said “Because you didn’t ask me” so I guess there is no standard protocol service is given with preference.
