horrible quality of bags
<p>I purchased a bag for from your store and not even in same month I have returned in for satchel bag and it broken as well. I dont put strain or many things in a bags because i just use it for basic things. I am furious i dont think its even three months yet and this bag is broken. I am very unhappy</p>
At Truworths, every attempt is made to continuously provide all our customers with quality merchandise of International standards. In instances where any of our merchandise presents a manufacturing fault it can be returned within 6 months from the date of purchase provided that valid proof of purchase is presented.
We believe that you have been contacted by one of our consultants and arrangements have been made for you to return the handbag to your closest Truworths store for the Manager to assess the item in question and further advise you in this regard.
