Horrible Parcel Collection policy

Truworth's parcel collection policy leaves much to be desired. It's baffling that they couldn't find someone with the foresight to implement it effectively.

The Mall of Africa branch required that I collect the parcel with a hand written letter from the parcel owner. How stupid is that? I had the owners original ID document and my ID document, but they decided that because I don’t have a hand written letter from the owner, I can’t collect it. I had everything but the letter that kept on referring to which did not make sense.

My advice is for Truworth do find smart people to help them implement solution that make sense and stop finding people from the streets
