Horrible online order experience

Truworths online shopping is horrid, your site doesn't explain where products will be sourced from in order to manage expectations. An order placed on the 13th of December still not delivered admits being sourced from Nelspruit. No order tracking and you cant get confirmation of where your parcel is. Christmas for my daughter without her dress😥😪
