Horrible experience with Truworth

Good day I received a reply from Truworth saying" We investigated your concerns raised and can confirm that this matter has been resolve", but it hasn't been resolved because I got an email requesting payment and I also got a call from the ombudsman.

Nothing is been done with this and I don't understand why.
