Horrible experience at Truworths Eastrand mall

I had a horrible experience at Truworths Eastrand mall. I'm a loyal customer, with a fully paid account but the cashier couldn't assist me with a purchase because I can't recall a post box number, despite being given all the accurate personal information. I left items that were worth more than R4000 due to stupid cashier. As is, I intend to cancel the useless account.
