Horrible delivery experience
<p>This is not the first time i have made an online order with Truworths, once again their service has disppointed me. I made an order on the 6 September already for two pairs of shoes, then one of the pairs got delivered to a store instead of to my delivery address. Then, I waited a further two weeks for the next item (which was ordered together), when the item was finally delivered, I discovered that it was the wrong item that was delivered to me. They had delivered the exact same shoes which was delivered previously, instead of the item I was waiting for. And they charged me twice for delivery fees.</p> <p>I am very disappointed in the online ordering system, clearly this is not working for Truworths, because they always get the orders wrong, take forever to deliver the products and overcharge for delivery.</p> <p>Now, i will probably have to go into a store to return the incorrect item and buy the item I actually wanted.</p>
