Horrible custumer experience
Today I went to Office London at Westgate mall,the was a lady who was assisting us Im disturbed by her behavior the way she spoke to custumers who were returning shoes. she was loud and rude infront of everyone. I usually buy shoes there after today I will never ever buy anything there.That girl she is rude and undermines people. She did not disrespect the couple only I also feel she also disrespected me talking like that in front of other customers.Please view your footage and tell me if that's how customers are treated.
