Horrible Customer service from floor manager

I am rather unpleased with the service I received from the Truworths store in 70 Helen Joseph St, Johannesburg, 2001, the que was not moving and there was only one cashier assisting, when customers started to complain the managers exact words to his cashier were " I wont run don't tell me to run i will work in my pace and relax " he said this in Tsonga language ... this is very disrespectful especially coming from the floor manager he has attitude and does not consider Truworths customers, secondly as a customer I have the right to know the name of the cashier that is assisting me however i have noticed Truworths cashiers do not have name badges on is this because they know they do not give good service to customers so we wont be able to report them by name... can this floor manager be dealt with accordingly WE ARE PAYING CUSTOMERS, SERVING HIS CUSTOMERS WITH A SMILE AND INTERGRITY SHOULD BE HIS DAILY ACTIVITIES IN THE STORE HE SHOULD LEARN TO RESPECT AND PRIORITISE HIS CUSTOMERS. I am unsure of the name but the store manager is Xolani and the floor manager that has an attitude is Isaac as I heard the security lady calling him.
