Horrible customer service at Truworths
My experience with Truworths clothing store in Welkom,the Freestate at Goldfields mall,has been the worst. The customer service is non existence, they treat customers like trash,when you ask to see the Manger,it is assumed that you're looking for a job,I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop there,the staff is just rude and condescending.

29 Nov 2024, 10:45My mother sent a permission letter from Truworths at Crescent mall in Qwaqwa it was supposed to be sent to Truworths Goldfields mall, but was sent to Goldfields Plaza, the amount that was taken from her account was R2000,till this day it has still been deducted,they haven't returned back to her account, that is *****.
