Horrible customer service at Truworths

My Husband bought me a hand bag for my birthday from Truworths, of course he removed the tag and kept it with the slip so if i don't like it we would exchange it. unfortunately our helper threw it away not knowing that we would still want to use it. My husband used his bank card for the purchase so we obviously can prove that it was bought at Campus Square Truworths. We were there on Sunday the 14th to request a shopping voucher so we could buy the bag i wanted from another branch! the Supervisor was very rude telling us she cant do that only the manager can do that! and even then the manager will have to decide whether she wants to do it or not! and we should come back the following day! My husband went on Monday he was told it will be done on Wednesday he must leave the hand bag. reasons for not doing it on Monday were not explained. On Wednesday the 17th he went again and he was told he must come back on Thursday! Like seriously! i alerted the retailer on their social media platform all they said was i must give them details of which i did and no one responded after that! I think the whole world should know How ****py was the service we got from this store. HORRIBLE!!!
