Horrible customer service

I placed an order online but couldn’t track it. I then received an email from one of your rude employees stating that i should call your head office for verification i responded to that email and informed her i do not have airtime to call a landline. Asking her to contact me again. She didn’t bother responding to my email . This morning i managed to call spoke to Aneliswa who lacked empathy and told me my order has been cancelled and hanged up the phone l. The world has revolved and truworths is left in the 90s some stores i order today and receive my parcel the following day but with this mediocre shop we still have to write maths test for them to send a simple order
