Horrible customer care!!!

I am having a hard time having my account status update on credit bureau and closed, it was handed over to Daly credit corp and was settled via them in August 2024. I have been in communication since then with Daly which have provided a paid up letter and advised that it was forwarded to Truworths for them to close the account and update credit bureau. But till date this has not been actioned. The email address (***) provided by the Truworths customer care consultant for me to forward the paid up letter is not working. This is frustrating and unprofessional!! Can this be finalized
