I previously had an account with Truworths and I must say the service that I got was absolutely **********. Even though I was paying my installments every month, I still received at least 6 to 7 SMS or phone calls to say I must pay as I am in arrears with my payments. I have since closed my account with them but now my girlfriend is now getting harassed with phone calls to say she is now in arrears and she is also paying every month. All i can say is Truworths must catch a wacke up this is not right to harrass paying clients.
