Horrble to a old lady

I am shocked to say the least my aunt is a little def so I helped her to go instore to open her Account she was with me and the store was great get now to online the agent was so rude she made it sound like my aunt is doing something worg becz she asked me to help her on the call.she even expled to the CAll canter agent that she needs my help because she is def the lady was even rude makeing my aunt a.lier saying her income can't be right my aunt gets a pension and is ALSO Geting a aid with her her pension she could not Ben have sent proof of her payment she could of send her bank statements but no this woman my aunt a lier and canceled the online order. I don't know if she closed my aunt's account or if it's stll.open but the way she treated my aunt was unacceptable and my aunt even asked the store if Tey can add me on the account so Tey can help me.on her behalf as she is a letter def and Tey said no but for the cat center to treat my aunt so horriblely Im shocked that Tey even did go that far to cancel.the.online order the lady was so rude that it did bring my aunt to tears becz Tey made her feel like a ******** my aunt is truning 67 she shouldn't be treated like this my aunt is so upset I don't know if she would shop by you guys again make.this rigt truworths don't treat old people so.horrrblely just because she asked me her son to help just to cancel.the online order like that was shocking Tey didn't give a reson she was just rude and the account is already open but it sounded like she is going to close it and didn't want us to buy stuff because she cancelled the order this even left a bad impact on that I'll never shop with you my aunt even asked if she can add me to the account so I can get helped on her behalf but stll being mistreated Im so shocked
