Honesty at Truworths Secanda Mall

My wife returned some clothes on the 24 of July 2022. She received a cash refund. Without checking she simply put the money in her purse. On the 16th of August 2022 she received a call from the lady (Mpho Mere from Truworths Secunda Mall) who did the cash refund indicating that when she balanced her books she realized that she has an excess of 300Rand. After checking her transactions she determined that she only performed one refund for the day. Therefore she concluded that she underpaid the refund to my wife. As previously stated she phoned my wife and today the money was paid to her. In today's environment this is highly recommendable an can only thank this lady for her honesty. Well done Truworths!!!!! Mpho you deserve a medal for your honesty !
