Holiday RUINED

Honestly everyone warned me about shopping online with Truworths, but I thought I'd give it a shot. A company like that will probably have their stuff together as competition is high high high! Oh my word. It has been SHOCKING!!! And judging by the amount of other complaints, I am not alone.

I ordered a dress on Tuesday evening and now it's Monday (4 working days after order) and I phone to follow up, only to be told my dress hasn't even been processed. This is a dress I ordered for a wedding, THIS weekend and I'm flying out on Wednesday. I am basically *****ed.

The worst for me, is when the money left my account Truworths had ZERO issue, but now, I have to jump through hoops, do YOUR job to get the item that actually belongs to me. You will NEVER see me again, not online, not in your shop, never! I will tell EVERYONE I know of the horrible experience and promote professional online stores and other retailers who have been able to catch up to 2019, because obviously you are still very stuck in the past.
