Holes in the clothing
<p>This pass Friday I purchased a top at the truworths chatsworths, it was last minute shopping in this current month I spent over r2000 at truworths. After taking out the tags on the top and wearing it the day for an evening out I noticed the top had an hole in it. Where the removable grey clip was to prevent people from *****ing , I am now left with a top with a hugh hole and tags are removed. How will I be able to use this top again ? Secondly I will not be able to return the top because I removed the tags! I am absolutely disappointed i am one of your good customers and I am thinking twice about buying damaged clothes from you ! </p>

Upon receipt of your post we immediately liaised with the manager of the store, as we were concerned to read of the condition of the garment you received.
The manager was not aware of your query and we believe that he has contacted you to request that you return to store, at your earliest convenience, for him to assess the garment and conduct an investigation regarding this.
We acknowledge your frustration and regret your experience in this regard. We however trust that this matter will be successfully resolved once the manager has concluded the assessment.
