Hisense U962 android damaged phone still on warranty but no one to take responsibility

Hello I am siseko mfazwe from SA East London last year I bought a Hisense U962 android phone for R829 at Truworths Hemmingsways mall the date was 28/10/2019, so I used the phone normally until someday in March 2020 I took the phone out of my jean pocket to check the time the phone's screen was blank i was confused and wondering course I had charged the phone but it was still blank so when I got home I charged it again still the phone was blank but it was working the messages alert and call came it but the phone was blank, so I think end of March I took it back to Truworths since I was told when I bought it the phone had 1year warranty at Truworths I spoke to one of thier employees explaining what had happened to the phone she understood she then told me to take the phone to D&D electronics one of thier associates in fixing phone's I think, so I went to D&D electronics explaining to them I came from Truworths Hemmingsways I brought my damaged phone coming from Truworths course I was told to do so they understood at D&D and they asked for the phone's receipt I gave it to them, then it was the Corona viruses pandemic level 5 so they D&D and Truworths closed until level 3 D&D electronics about the phone I was told the phone's problem cost a R1000 to fix, I asked but isn't the phone on warranty they then said physical damage on the phone is not under warranty, so on the 26/06/2020 which was last week Friday I went to D&D to collect the phone to take it back to Truworths they said they can't give me the phone I have to pay R200 an assessment fee for the phone of which I never knew was never told, I went to Truworths same day I explained what I was told from D&D electronics Truworths employees said to me they can't do nothing about the whole situation, i am siseko mfazwe this is my said story for an android phone I bought a Truworths Hemmingsways.
