<p>after advising truworths to NOT ncrease my limit they still went ahead and increased it, now i have to pay R1300 every month , which i find ridiculous and the INSTALLMENT DOES NOT COME DOWN , i cannot afford to pay so much anymore i will onLy pay what i can afford. Reckless lending </p>

The installment due on a customer’s account is calculated on the highest balance owing on the account as agreed upon in our Terms and Conditions of Sale and Granting of Credit.
We can confirm that we have contacted you and explained that your installment was calculated on your balance owing and not the credit limit of the account. Thus your installment of R1287.50 is correctly calculated on the twelve months payment plan.
