Hi I just wanted to express my dissatisfaction with Truworths Secunda mall branch

Hi I just wanted to express my dissatisfaction with Truworths Secunda mall branch. It is almost as if they do not want us to shop online and fetch our parcels with them. I have fetched my parcels with tjem for three times and I have noticed a similar trend. 1. They take very long to fetch the parcels, you can wait for 30 minutes plus and you can tell that they do not reallg want to help you.. This has happened more than once 2. The sending back of parcels before you get a chance to fetch them. My parcel arrived on Friday, i fetched it yesterday, only to be told 35 minutes kater that it was sent back upon arrival 3. My other parcel before this one was also sent back with no communication. I love truworths, but this particular shop leaves a sour taste on my mouth about the brand. May yoh please look at their ttends in terms of how many parcels get seng back, I really think they just do not want to help us
