Help!!
I bought a dress Vaal Mall truworths as I was at a workshop in Vereeniging from 28 /01 to 01 /02.,on the 30/01 at the label Earth addict. On 02/02/2019 when I wanted to check on the mirror how I looked saw that the dress was torn as I was working the weekend I went on Mon at kimberley truworths n got a very bad service from the teller and the manager told her to tell me that she/he is very busy and can't attend me. I was told that the person at Vaal Mall would have made a note for the tear and I was at fault. The more I try to explain the more rude the teller became. I didn't have my bank card with me so I went to buy something at Kimberley Pavillion mall truworths, the next day and return the dress. I was told it will be send back for investigation. I asked that footage to be checked as both of us did not check the dress. Today I'm told it's not a factory fault. If I wanted money I would have return the other dress as it was dirty and I didn't have a problem with it. Please help

In line with our Returns Policy, we will happily credit or exchange all merchandise that is not suitable provided it is returned with the original invoice; the swing ticket is still attached and the item has not been worn or used.
This matter was escalated for the attention of the respective Manager of the relevant store. We were informed that your return could not be authorized as it did not fully comply with the terms and conditions of our Returns Policy. Whilst we acknowledge your frustration, we confirm that you were correctly advised that you could not be assisted with a refund/exchange, as the garment was not returned in the same condition that it was sold in.
We regret that you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your query, but trust that you will be able to accept our stance in this matter.
