Have not received my account card in 20 weeks!!!
I opened up a Truworths account in the beginning of July and went to the shop in Durban West Street to sign the necessary documents on 15 July where and when I was told my card would be posted to me in about two weeks. I have been waiting since then to today and it has been 20 weeks of just waiting - I still have not received my account card. All I get from Truworths is promotional SMSs and e-mails, my card - no! I have sent two messages using the Truworths online contact form, no feedback to that either.<br> <br> I want Truworths to take me off their marketing lists and cancel the account - I don't want it anymore. I don't wait this long where I spend my money.

Following your telephonic conversation with one of our consultants, we can confirm that you were offered the option to have your charge card sent to you via a courier service; however you regrettably declined this.
Even though we would like to have you as an account holder, we have honored your request and closed your Truworths account. Should you wish to have an account with us again, please feel free to apply at any time.
