Purchased a Daniel Hector boot on the 24 December 2019 and had a quality issue with the shoe,I was unable to get through to you guys due to the lockdown however when we got back in May i was assisted by Fanelo(Management),Who truly went out of his way to assist me as i did not have my receipt . He constantly kept me informed along the way and was truly ONE OF KIND when i evaluate my overall customer experience . I eventually found my receipt and he gladly assisted me further...Such service during these uncertain times is really hard to find, I must say i was really impressed. My wife has an account with you guys and i have started to purchase regularly from you guys. After my experience i will definitely continue shopping with you guys.....HATS OFF TO YOU FANELO,KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK.
