Title: Easton Berry Harassing Me Every Day Despite Paying Truworths

I am being harassed daily by Easton Berry on behalf of Truworths, even though I’ve kept up with my agreed payments.

I paid R200 this month, and according to my Truworths online statement, my balance is now R400. Yet Easton Berry continues to call me every single day, starting as early as 7:00 AM, sometimes up to 7 calls a day.

When I answer, I get the same woman shouting at me, telling me to make an arrangement — even though I have already paid. I’ve explained this repeatedly, I’ve asked them nicely, I’ve begged them to stop calling unless I miss a payment — and still, they harass me.

The worst part? When I told the caller I would block the number, she laughed at me and said, “We will keep on phoning you.” This is bullying, harassment, and completely unprofessional.

I want to know:

Why is Easton Berry allowed to harass me like this after I pay?

Why is my bill increasing if I’m up to date?

Why won’t Truworths step in and stop this abuse?

This situation is causing unnecessary stress, and I believe this behavior is borderline ******* under consumer protection laws.

Truworths — fix this. I demand that Easton Berry stop calling me unless I’ve missed a payment. I also want confirmation that my balance is correctly recorded and no extra fees are being added because of this nonsense.
