Harrasment
Im getting really annoyed with Truworths & YDE sending me messages and e-mails reminding me to pay my account and its not even the due date. One of the utter reasons Im paying my accounts finished and closing them. Truworths - start appreciating ur loyal customers or suffer the consequences.

26 Jun 2021, 09:58Firstly - my account has never ever been in arrears since I opened my account and here is my account number *** . Look at what my account balance is and installment. I get countless messages daily and e-mails from Truworths and YDE about paying my account. The day I opened my account I agreed to maintain my account and that is what Im doing for all these years. This is becoming really relentless and Im going to pay up my account and close it. My mind is made up and I will encourage others to do the same. Sorry Truworths. Bad!!!!

26 Jun 2021, 11:49Yes my installment is due for this month (June). Could u also see the dates my account is paid on? Always before the due date of the 7th of the next month. Im not gonna bother anymore - end July my account will be settled in full.
