HARASSMENT - SCARED OF BEING BLACKLISTED!!!

Purchase made of R659.00 on 31 May 2015. Paid R330.00 on 1st July 2015. Obviously this account is paid in advance. I did not make a payment end Jul 2015. I received SMS's on 6th Aug, 13th Aug, 15th Aug and 26th Aug. I phoned the CC on the 18th Aug and Jennal agreed that my account was pd in advance. That evening I received a call requesting a payment be made. Furious I sent an email to the customer service div but have not had a written reply. Someone did try to phone me twice but each time I was busy and could not speak to her. 1st call Sat, 22 Aug am while I was driving and the 2nd on Mon, 24th Aug when I was in a meeting. Both times I explained that I was unable to talk to her and requested that she phone me back. I phoned the CC again on Tues, 25 Aug and requested to be put through to a senior staff member. Razia asked me to hold on and after listening to music for 13 min I phoned the HO and was put through to Clive. I told him that I was paying the balance of R329 immediately but would not pay the admin fee of R26 which he confirmed was for the period Jul 2015 to Jun 2016. Rec'd another SMS today reminding me to pay my a/c which is no NIL. No apology received
