Harassment & ************ for ONE partial payment in 4 years & the wrong amount

I am currently R120 in arrears, I didn't update my regular payment as I didn't receive the new amount in time. Just to be clear, for 9 months I have paid in R300 WITHOUT owing anything. I have been a loyal, regular customer for 20 years, but none of that matters as I am now a ********, being threatened hand over, my credit and account to be suspended for an arrears amount that is a blatant lie as it includes my normal monthly payment. All this for one incomplete payment amounting to R120. Yet if you read the sms's (one a day and the lady I phoned can't help, it is a different dept) I am a month or more in arrears. One incomplete payment in 3 years. In the 20 years I have been a customer I have had maybe 3 of these, but please send me threatening, harassing sms's every day...it makes me really want to rush out and pay. Oh wait, it doesn't! At all!
So olease, hand me over! It isn't a tough, competitive world out there and what is one loyal customer? I reckon 6 months of daily sms's will eat up that 120. I am curious why I never got one SMS or statement telling me I was adding money into my account and creating a positive balance, not one!
Would have been nice if you had bothered to to know who I am as a customer, to see if I regularly do this or if it is an exception before you started the harassment.... oh and to treat me with respect, not as a ********, or as one of the faceless masses of customers who are out to ***** you over...for R120. Oh and my statement clearly shows all this including a date saying it is DUE in 3 Jan. Not immediately or Neil be handed over!
I AM NOT IN ARREARS for the amount you keep sms' ing me on so STOP IT!
But thanks and keep up the awesome customer service, last time you did this I went to Edgar's for 2 years, seems it is time for me to Take my money elsewhere. In the meantime I have your threatening sms's and a lawyers letter to look forward to
