Harassment from Truworths Call centre

I have left a complaint before and was contacted and apologised but it lasted only for a few weeks..Yet again Truworths is harassing me yes I receive calls daily about 3 - 4 times yet in da last 6 months I have repeatly said their is no such person as Mr Baloi. Truworths previously contacted me and stated they will take my number of their system. But their promise is pathetic.. I mean how many times a day am I expected to say no such person and gosh so many months going by it's annoying .they need to stop it otherwise I will take legal action...
