harassment for tracking a order and complying with POPI

I bought online from truworths

I received part 1 of my parcel

So I called to track part 2 I spoke to three of there agents of wich I had to verify myself. On the 3rd one I had to answer the most ridicules questions. What loans do you have? What bank? And how much? Did you ever have a cell phone contract? What network and when the list carries on I ended up dropping the phone And this after verifying my personal details. I feel this is harassment And that they are not complying with the POPI act Why should I answer Truworths. About my loan and contracts just to track and order for delivery.
