Harassment for someone else's account

I keep getting messages for a Miss Machete (not me, I don't have a clue who this person is). And also irritating phone calls from 060 992 ***x (I block the number, they change to a different number but always starting with 060 992). Why don't Truworths confirm the phone number before allowing someone to open an account? Truwotths, please unlink my number ***) from "Miss Machete" & stop sending me sms & phone calls.
