Harassment for marketing campaign, harvesting "live" numbers.

The last 2 days, have I received calls from both a PE and Cape town numbers, on behalf of Truworths. These numbers were: +***6 +***8 What has me red around the neck is the fact that they seem to be harvesting "live" numbers, on both occasions as soon as I answered they dropped the line, so when I returned the calls, I was told they were calling on behalf of Truworths. So two different numbers, from two different cities, same "client". It appears to be the start up of some marketing campaign, thus the harvesting of "live" numbers.
