Harassment for an account I don't own

For the past year, I have been harassed almost daily with phone calls from the Truworths creditor sector for an account that I don't even own. I don't even have an account with Truworths but they allowed my personal number to be added to another account without even confirming it. This is absolutely unprofessional.

The account in question belongs to someone that worked as a housekeeper for me over 7 years ago, with no contact since but because they can't get a hold of her, they call me. SIX. TIMES. A. DAY.

I have called and been told they will "elevate the issue" but nothing has been done. I am about to file for harassment charges if this continues.
