Harassment calls for a lousy R60

I pay truworths every month on time but just 1 month I paid R60 less then my installment and they kept on calling me asking to make payment, for a R60 I was contacted continuously even though I pay them every month a'd surely I will pay. And then they tell me I must pay an installment that is not even due yet.
