Harassment by Truworhs debt collectors

Me and Debt Busters have send numerous emails and contacted them by phone to inform them that I am under debt review. So I am telling each and every person that phones me regarding my account. Can Thruworths please inform their debt collection department that I am under debt review and that the "first payment" will be paid by Debt Busters at the beginning of February as the payment to Debt Busters goes of on the 1st of each month and then Debt Busters must pay it over to them..... It is against the debt counceling law to pest a consumer this way and they are supposed to contact the debt review company and not the client.
