Harassment at its best !!

I keep getting calls for a Mrs Ngcobo (which is not me). I have told the callers they have the wrong number. I have identified the number as spam so I will no longer waste my time even answering. Yesterday while visiting someone in hospital and over a 2 hour period, I received 25 calls from Truworths. I ignored the calls a couple of times then answered a couple of times to confirm once again that they have the wrong number. I clearly reiterated that they do not call again but to no avail. I have a log of the calls answered (13) and unanswered (12). So I actually had to repeat myself 13 times before the calls stopped. However it was also around home time so it could be that they just needed to get home. Can these people not follow an instruction and wow how they are wasting your money. Perhaps they get paid for every call they make or have to reach a target per day. Kindly get your records updated and make sure you do not call me again.!!
