Harassment
Worst company to ever have an account with. If you are delayed with your payment, they hound you with multiple calls on a daily basis as well as emails n smses. This is harassment. Don't even try to make arrangements coz it never works and even when payment is made you still get harassed.

16 Oct 2024, 10:21Payment was made and so was an arrangement. Legally what you'll are doing is harrassment. Even after I called and confirmed my arrangements, I'm still getting a million calls, emails sms,s till date. This matter needs to be reported to the ombudsman
